Quality Policy Statement Vision: To establish DNA Data Networking and Assemblies Ltd. as the leader in the manufacture and distribution of wire management products. To be the most responsive and service-oriented partner to our customers and suppliers. Customer: We commit to working with our customers to define and document their requirements, anticipate and respond to their needs, and deliver defect-free products and services on time. It is DNA's policy to always attain and assure that product and services will meet, and where possible exceed, the requirements as specified by the customer Operations: We commit to meeting customer needs through an effective and efficient organization, responsible stewardship of the company's resources, and continuous measured improvement. This includes the control and improvement of the business process, materials, quality and cost. Employees: Our quality system is based upon employee involvement and individual responsibility and accountability. All employees are given the responsibility and authority to identify problems, implement solutions and to control processing of the effected product Employees are supported with information, authority and responsibility, adequate tools and resources, a learning and innovative workplace, and appropriate recognition and reward. Improvement: We commit to the continuous evaluation and improvement of the sales, engineering, production, delivery and management processes This Quality Policy is viewed as a symbol of our commitment and as a reminder of our objectives.
