Quality Commitment

DNA has adopted the policy of incorporating a quality management system into our products and service. It is the companies’ policy to always attain and assure that product and services provided will meet (as adopted along the lines laid down in the ISO 9000 series of standards) and wherever possible exceed the requirements as specified by the customer. DNA ensures quality by establish strong relationships both with customers and suppliers who will contribute input to improving the quality of product we sell and purchase. Our quality system is based upon employee involvement, thus giving them the individual responsibility and accountability for building a high quality product for our customers. Training and support is given to all employees so each realizes his or her full potential. All employees work as a team within the organization, thus improving productivity without sacrificing quality. DNA Data Networking and Assemblies Ltd. employees are encouraged to identify problems, implement solutions to those problems and to control further processing of the affected products. This includes preventing shipment of non-conforming products that deviate from standards and customer specifications to ensure corrective action is taken.
